Tempo is looking for a Senior Brand Designer to join our creative team and help shape our visual brand world. This is a rare opportunity to do high impact work, bringing a new brand to life and seeing your creative fingerprints across every touchpoint.
You'll report directly to the Creative Director and work across a wide range of projects, from brand campaigns to everyday go-to-market assets. You're someone who thrives with ownership, moves with intention, and knows how to bring a brand idea all the way through to execution.

Experience & Skills
5–8+ years of experience in brand design, with a strong portfolio that reflects it
Deep expertise in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite
Experience working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams
Comfortable operating independently. You don't need a lot of hand-holding to deliver great work
Working knowledge of AI-powered creative tools
Bonus: web development skills
