Intro

M0 is the shared infrastructure where businesses launch their own branded stablecoins and financial institutions power them. Built on a common standard, every stablecoin on M0 is interoperable and liquid from day one - giving businesses programmable control over how money moves in their ecosystems, and giving financial institutions the most advanced issuance stack in the industry.

M0 is seeking an experienced Protocol Integration Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will enhance the growing set of M0-powered stablecoin extension projects, support partners' technical teams, improve existing products and create and maintain comprehensive documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Adjust existing Solidity and/or Rust (Solana) M Extensions Frameworks to external partners' needs.
Maintain and enhance APIs, SDKs and Web3 infrastructure projects in TypeScript to meet partner needs.
Ensure consistency and quality of M0 partners' extensions and integrations.
Lead technical onboarding for partners and clearly communicate protocol concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Write comprehensive documentation, test suites, and deployment scripts.
Participate in code and design reviews to ensure quality, security, and performance.

Qualifications

3+ years experience in Web3 Development
Proficiency in Solidity and TypeScript; Rust (Solana)
Experience shipping production smart contracts or protocol integrations in a DeFi or crypto infrastructure project.
Hands-on experience with EVM tooling and infrastructure.
Familiarity with DeFi protocols and cross-chain messaging protocols.
Strong communication and writing skills; fluent in English.
Demonstrated experience communicating with external stakeholders, effectively translating complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
