We are seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Lead / Head of Social to lead KAST’s social content strategy and presence worldwide. In this role, you will define our brand voice across key platforms, develop high-performing content engines, and drive user engagement across emerging and established social channels.
You’ll have significant creative freedom to shape our voice, visual identity, content strategy, and overall presence online.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Global Strategy & Vision: Build and execute KAST’s end-to-end global social strategy across TikTok, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, and emerging channels.
- Short-Form Content Engine: Lead the end-to-end strategy and production for short-form video content to drive organic brand awareness, product education, and user growth.
- Cultural Relevance & Trend Hijacking: Act as KAST’s real-time cultural radar - spotting internet trends, memes, audio cues, and viral formats before anyone else and adapting them instantly to fit KAST’s brand voice.
- Brand Tone & Narrative: Develop and maintain a consistent, trustworthy, and engaging brand identity across all platforms, adapting tone appropriately for different audiences
- Creator & Influencer Ecosystem: Identify, onboard, and direct a global network of content creators, influencers, and brand ambassadors to amplify KAST’s reach.
- Community & Engagement: Oversee community engagement, turning comments sections into entertainment hubs and driving high engagement rates across all platforms.
- Data-Driven Growth: Define performance KPIs (reach, engagement, conversion, ROI) and regularly analyze data to refine content strategy and optimize campaigns.
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience running social media for a consumer, tech, fintech, crypto or lifestyle brand
- Strong understanding of X, Instagram and TikTok
- Excellent sense of what works on social — and what doesn’t
- Strong understanding of internet culture, trends and online communities
- Comfortable moving quickly, experimenting and taking creative risks
- Strong writing and communication skills
