What you'll be responsible for:

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders across Circle, leading full-cycle recruiting efforts for both technical and non-technical roles in India. You will own complex searches from intake through offer acceptance, helping teams attract and hire exceptional talent while delivering a best-in-class experience for candidates and hiring stakeholders. You will leverage your expertise in the India talent market to influence hiring strategies, identify top talent, and ensure hiring decisions align with Circle's mission, values, and long-term growth objectives.

This role is based in our Bangalore office and requires employees to work from the office on a regular basis.
