What you'll be responsible for

As Business Development Director, USYC, you will own the growth and adoption strategy for USYC, Circle's tokenized money market fund. You will identify, structure, negotiate, and launch strategic partnerships that expand USYC's utility across institutional and crypto-native markets. Working cross-functionally with Product, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and senior business leaders, you will serve as the primary commercial advocate for USYC, helping shape product strategy, unlock new distribution channels, and accelerate adoption among exchanges, custodians, prime brokers, institutional traders, and other ecosystem participants. This role requires deep market expertise, strong commercial judgment, and the ability to navigate complex financial products and stakeholder environments to drive meaningful business impact.
