What you'll be doing

• Lead infosec regulatory compliance for our Argentina entities

• Act as the designated security responsible with local regulators, prepare audit responses, and engage directly in Spanish

• Detection & Response - build and tune detection rules and alert pipelines in our SIEM, map coverage to MITRE ATT&CK, and own incident response playbooks and tabletop exercises

• Cloud Security - assess and harden cloud infrastructure (AWS, Kubernetes), drive posture management, and close identified gaps across our cloud environments

• Application Security - contribute to threat modelling, secure code review, CI/CD pipeline security, and penetration testing coordination

• Identity & Access Management - drive least-privilege enforcement, oversee provisioning/deprovisioning automation, and improve entitlement review processes

• Endpoint & Network Security - oversee EDR deployment and coverage, enforce device compliance policies, and validate endpoint controls

• Data Protection - define and implement DLP controls across collaboration tools, cloud storage, and internal platforms

• Threat Intelligence - monitor external threat feeds, track brand exposure, and integrate intelligence into detection and response workflows

• Security Governance - support vendor due diligence, contribute to policy development, and maintain compliance evidence for audits (SOC2, regulatory)

What you'll need

• 7+ years in information security with hands-on technical depth — this is not a purely managerial role

• Strong cloud security background (AWS, Kubernetes) and experience with SIEM platforms

• Experience interfacing with financial regulators and leading compliance audits

• Full professional fluency in Spanish - you will represent the company with regulators
