In February 2026 it filed an OCC application to establish PAYO Digital Bank, N.A., a national trust bank that would issue the GENIUS Act-compliant PAYO-USD stablecoin and manage its reserves, and announced stablecoin hold/send/receive capabilities powered by Bridge rolling out from Q2 2026.
